He is also FABI (Florida Association of Building Inspectors) and ICC (International Code Council) Certified meaning he's educated and up-to-date on the latest building codes and procedures to ensure you get the highest quality inspection. In addition to excellent training, Jamie has the experience to back it up. He has been performing home inspections for over 9 years and inspected over 3,500 properties, both commercial and residential. In addition to regular home and condo inspections, Jamie also specialize in 4 Point Insurance Inspections and Construction Stage Inspections. We carry E & O (Errors and Omissions) Insurance to protect everyone involved in the transaction. Our business is our clients.
